Official Transcripts

The Office of the Registrar issues transcripts for all ½ûÂþÌìÌà students and alumni. Transcripts provide a record of a student's academic history including courses taken and grades received up untilÌýthe date it’s issued.

An official transcript includes the following information pertaining to the student at the time that it’s issued:

  • ÌýName, student ID number and birthdate (day and month)
  • ÌýProgram and faculty
  • ÌýList of all courses registered in, attempted and/or completed
  • ÌýGrades received for courses attempted and/or completed
  • ÌýGrade point average (GPA) for each term
  • ÌýUnits (credits) per course
  • ÌýDegrees awarded
  • ÌýTransfer credits received
  • ÌýHonours and awards received
  • ÌýCurrent academic standing and non-academic misconduct conditions
